Affiliate Membership
Family-Pet.com affiliate membership is obtained through the completion of the online affiliate application.
We may reject any affiliate membership requests if the affiliate website is not suitable for the progrm for any reason,
including but not limited to material that is sexually explicit, offensive in speech or images, portrays violence or controversial
issues, maintains unlawful content, or displays the use of illegal drugs, alchohol, firearms, crime, and death.
Establishing Links
Upon acceptance of the affiliate application, Family-Pet will email the affiliate their unique Family-Pet.com URL. The affiliate
can place this link anywhere on their site and as many times as they would like, but the URL must remain unchanged so that
the order tracking will function correctly. Family-Pet is not responsible for missed donations or referrals for the modification of the unique
Family-Pet.com link by the affiliate. Copy and paste the unique Family-Pet.com link exactly as it is provided in the email to ensure participation in the program and
receipt of donations. This link will bring your visitors directly to the member registration form where they should register immediately to guarantee that you, the affiliate,
will receive credit for any pet registrations made by that visitor.
Pet Registration Fulfillment
Donations to affiliates will not be made until the referred visitor completes in full the pet registration process. This process
includes completing the pet registration form and order form, and the receipt of payment by Family-Pet.
Donations
Each time a visitor to Family-Pet.com arrives through an affiliate link and registers a pet, the affiliate will receive a $2 donation
from the $15 pet registration fee. Donations will be made on a monthly basis, and with a minimum total of $50. If an affiliates donation total does
not reach $50, the amount will be held until the next month's donation payment. Donation payments will be held until the affiliate has a total of $50 at the
time of donation payments. If an affiliate decides to exit the program and has never gained a total of $50, the balance of what the affiliate has accumulated
will be paid.
Term of Agreement
The term of the affiliate program begins at the acceptance of the affiliate application and ends at the termination
of the account by Family-Pet or the affiliate. Affiliates may close their accounts at any time by contacting Family-Pet. Contact information is
provided on the Family-Pet.com Policy page.
These terms and conditions of the Family-Pet affiliate program my be modified at any time. Please check the affiliate agreement often
to find any changes.
The completion and submission of the affiliate application signifies your acceptance of the affiliate agreement.
